A: Our school age programs begin at age 5 (going into kindergarten) and go up to age 12.
Q: Do you have to enroll for full weeks or all summer?
A: Spartan Day Camp offers very flexible scheduling options. You can register for full weeks, or single days and can come one week or all weeks during the summer.
Q: Do we have to attend the same days every week?
A: No, you can register for the days you need and these can change each week. Parents are responsible for giving an accurate attendance schedule to Spartan Day Camp Staff.
Q: What is included in the cost of attendance?
A: Our daily and weekly rates include all field trip and supply costs and two snacks per day. There are no additional fees other than a registration fee, $50 per camper, and transportation fee, $60 per camper, due with registration paperwork. Summer registration includes one Spartan Day Camp shirt which needs to be worn on swimming trips.
Q: Do you provide lunch?
A: No, families should send their camper with a lunch everyday. We are unable to refrigerate or reheat anything. Lunch can be packed in a reusable lunch bag or disposable lunch bag.
Q: What if my child doesn’t want to go on the field trip, can they stay back at camp?
A: No, all campers go on their scheduled field trip. Our days are busy and long and our program may not be a good fit for all children.
Q: What if I need to change my campers schedule during the summer, can I get a credit or refund for days they won’t attend?
A: All summer schedule changes must be made by a predetermined date in May prior to summer camp starting. There are no refunds or credits for changes made after this date.
